NEW DCHROM® Photochromic Lenses:

The new DCHROM® photochromic lenses are engineered to darken when exposed to UV radiation or sunlight through a reversible chemical reaction. When the light exposure decreases, the lenses gradually return to their original transparent state. Crafted from high-quality polycarbonate, these lenses offer two significant advantages: reduced weight compared to conventional materials and enhanced safety during impacts, as they do not shatter into fragments that could harm the eyes. Additionally, these advanced filters provide UV protection, ensuring both comfort and safety.

The DCHROM® lenses represent a significant advancement in photochromic technology. They start from a slightly darker base than other photochromic lenses and reach category 3 in their maximum darkened state. In addition to their impressive speed of transition between light and dark, these lenses provide a notable sense of relaxation for your eyes, even on days with intense sunlight.

The ultra-light and elastic TR90 frame is made from a special composition of carbon fiber and nylon, enhancing resistance to accidental impacts and increasing durability over time. TR90 is 20% lighter than conventional materials, resulting in an overall weight of approximately 50 grams.

Clip-On Optical Insert:

The internal optical clip features a wide visual range based on a curvature of 6 and is also made of TR90, ensuring consistent durability and resistance to breakage from vibrations and stress. The Base 6 clip significantly expands the range of applicable powers prescribed by your optician.
