These conditions of sale govern the purchase of products made remotely via electronic network through the website demonglasses.it, owned by BIG LINE SAS, with registered office in Zanè, registered with the Vicenza Company Register, VAT No. 00946170248.
Big Line Sas offers its customers on this website the opportunity to purchase only products that are already available in stock. It is not possible for customers to place orders for items that are not available. Therefore, any order containing an item that has become unavailable, even due to an error, shall be considered null and void.
The receipt by Big Line Sas of the order proposal submitted by the Customer via electronic transmission constitutes the Customer’s commitment to purchase the selected goods at the price indicated in the “total” section of the electronic order. BIG LINE SAS reserves the right to accept the Customer’s proposal within 3 working days from the electronic submission of the order proposal, or in the case of payment by bank transfer within 3 working days from the crediting of the amount to our bank account. Acceptance will be communicated, even implicitly, by sending the purchase invoice issued by Big Line Sas.
By submitting the order proposal electronically, the Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply, in relations with Big Line Sas, with all the provisions contained in these Conditions of Sale.
The submission of the order proposal therefore implies full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these Conditions, as well as of the additional information contained on the website pages.

1.1 Credit Card
By selecting credit card as the payment method, you will be securely redirected to Nexi’s protected servers. Payment is processed immediately, and shipment will take place within 24 hours of confirmation.
The following cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Postepay, and other rechargeable prepaid cards.
1.2 PayPal
Using PayPal as an alternative to a credit card is simple and secure. With PayPal, you do not need to enter your financial information for each purchase or share your personal data with the seller.
To pay with PayPal, simply open a free account, confirm your email address, and link a payment method to your PayPal account, or use the PayPal service without registering.
1.3 Bank Transfer
Big Line Sas accepts bank transfer as an alternative payment method. Bank details will be provided during checkout and are listed below.
Orders will be shipped only after the transferred amount has been credited to our bank account. It is mandatory to include the order number, name, and surname in the transfer reference.
Please note that if the payment is not credited within 4 (four) working days for Italy or 6 (six) working days for international orders, Big Line Sas reserves the right to cancel the order.

3.1 Prices for Customers Resident in Italy and EU Countries
The prices of the products published on the website demonocchiali.it reflect the actual selling price of the goods including VAT, but excluding delivery and transport costs.
3.2 Prices for Customers Resident in Non-EU Countries
The prices of the products published on the website demonocchiali.it reflect the actual selling price including VAT, excluding delivery and transport costs.
For customers resident outside the European Union, the order total will be automatically calculated online by deducting the Value Added Tax (VAT). The final invoice will therefore show the VAT exemption.
3.3 Import Taxes
Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union are exempt from VAT but are subject to import duties and taxes (DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid) in accordance with the internal regulations of the destination country.
The payment of these import duties and taxes (DDU) is entirely the responsibility of the final customer.
The prices of the products published on demonocchiali.it represent the actual selling price of the goods including VAT, but do not include any import duties or taxes, which are applied according to the internal regulations of each country. At the time of purchase, if VAT is not applicable, the system will automatically deduct it from the total amount.

Big Line SAS reserves the right to update shipping rates and destinations at any time. The shipping costs shown at checkout at the time of purchase shall prevail.
4.3 Shipping Date
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday by 15:00 CET. Orders placed on weekends or on Italian public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
4.4 Items No Longer Available
If an item included in an order proposal is no longer available, Big Line Sas will notify the customer by email regarding the impossibility of shipping the ordered goods.
The customer may then choose to receive a full refund, which will be issued as quickly as possible to the original payment method.
4.5 Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, Big Line Sas will send the customer an email containing the shipment tracking number provided by the courier. Customers can monitor the shipment status using the link provided in the email.
4.6 Authorized Delivery
Upon delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of receipt. DEMON products are shipped in brown or white parcels sealed with adhesive tape.
If the package appears tampered with or the seal is not intact, customers must sign with reservation or refuse delivery. If delivery is accepted without reservation and evidence of tampering is later found, customers must report the issue within 5 days by contacting info@demonocchiali.it.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These costs will be deducted from any refund due.
4.7 Shipment Storage
In the event of non-delivery, after the second delivery attempt, the courier may open a storage dossier and notify Big Line Sas of the reason for non-delivery and request further instructions.
If no instructions are received from the customer within 3 working days, Big Line Sas reserves the right to request the return of the goods.
The maximum storage period is 10 days. Storage costs are borne by the customer. The maximum storage cost charged to the customer is €11.00, including dossier handling and any redelivery or return costs.
4.8 Shipping Documents
In accordance with international trade regulations, all shipments are sent from Zanè by Big Line Sas with an official invoice declaring the exact value of the goods in Euros.
It is illegal to declare lower values or request that items be declared as gifts.
The customer releases Big Line Sas from any liability arising from incorrect tax documentation caused by errors in the data provided by the customer, who remains solely responsible for its accuracy.

5.1 Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to current legislation on electronic commerce, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the amount paid, subject to the conditions set out below.
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, they may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.
Delivery costs incurred for shipping the product to the customer and any return shipping costs to Big Line Sas are non-refundable. All costs related to returning the goods are borne by the customer.

- original plastic seal intact, as per the original packaging.
Big Line Sas reserves the right to verify that the returned products comply with these conditions. Only in this case will the refund be issued for the amount paid for the products, excluding shipping costs.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Big Line Sas using the methods indicated on the website’s Contact page.
Within the same 14-day period, the customer may also send:
- an email to info@demonocchiali.it;
- a fax to +39 0445 319279;
- a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, confirming the intention to withdraw from the contract.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. Shipping costs will be retained and remain the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal applies only to products returned intact, with all original seals and labels still attached. Once a product has been used or altered, it is no longer eligible for return.
5.2 Authorization
By completing the relevant section on the website, the customer authorizes Big Line Sas to charge their credit card for the total amount indicated as the purchase price.
All payment transactions are carried out through secure, encrypted connections directly managed by the online payment service provider. Big Line Sas does not have access to the customer’s credit card details.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with these Conditions, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original payment.
