3.3 Shipping dateone

Accepted order proposals will be shipped from Big Line Sas, at the address indicated by the customer, from Monday to Friday by 15 pm with exceptionsone  of Italian public holidays.

3.4 Items no longer available

In the event that an item, referred to in a previous order proposal, is no longer available Big Line Sas undertakes to send a communicationone via email to the customer's address communicating the impossibility of sending the ordered goods.

3.5 Traceability of shipmentsone

3.6 Authorized delivery of shipmentsone

3.7 Shipment inventoryone

In case of non-delivery of the shipmentone, after the second delivery attempt, GLS automatically sends to the sender (Big Line Sas) the inventory opening dossier, which reports the reason for the non-delivery and the request for instructions for release.

Big Line Sas reserves the right to request the return of the goods 3 working days after the communicationone di Big Line of stock, in the absence of instructions from the end customer.

There is a maximum storage period of 10 days at the nearest GLS branch, storage costs are borne by the Customer.

We remind our customers that the Inventory Opening Dossier plus the cost of any redelivery/return for all national services is the responsibility of the Customer. The maximum cost to be paid by the customer for storage is €11,00.

3.8 Shipping documentsone

As required by international trade regulations, all shipments of DEMON they are sent by Zanè from the company Big Line Sas with an official invoice declaring the exact value in Euros of the items shipped.

It is illegal to declare amounts lower than current amounts or require items to be declared as gifts.

4 - Returns e rimburs

4.1 Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to current legislation (electronic commerce 2013), the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining the rimamount of the price paid, except as indicated below.
