Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased through demonglasses.it, owned by BIG LINE SAS.


1. Shipping Costs - Italy

Shipments within Italy are made via GLS or other reliable couriers selected at the discretion of Big Line SAS. Delivery generally takes 1–4 working days from dispatch.

2. Shipping Costs - International

International shipments are made via DHL, GLS, DPD, or other reliable couriers selected by Big Line SAS. Delivery times and shipping costs vary according to destination and courier selected. All orders are accompanied by an official invoice in Euros.

Big Line SAS reserves the right to update shipping rates and destinations at any time. The shipping costs shown at checkout at the time of purchase shall prevail.


3. Shipping Date

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday by 15:00 CET. Orders placed on weekends or on Italian public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

3.1 Order Handling

Accepted order proposals are processed by Big Line SAS and dispatched to the address indicated by the customer.

Orders placed outside regular business days are handled on the next available working day.

3.2 Tracking Notification

At the time of shipment, the customer receives an email containing the tracking number provided by the selected courier.

Delivery status can be monitored directly through the link included in the shipping confirmation email.


4. Additional Shipping Information

4.1 Items No Longer Available

If an item included in a previously submitted order proposal is no longer available, Big Line SAS will notify the customer by email.

The customer may then choose to receive a full refund, credited as quickly as possible to the original payment method.

4.2 Shipment Tracking

At the time of shipment, Big Line SAS sends the customer an email containing the tracking number provided by GLS or the courier selected for the order.

Customers can track the shipment directly via the link included in the email.

4.3 Authorized Delivery

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the package carefully before signing as proof of receipt.

DEMON products are shipped in brown or white parcels, securely sealed with adhesive tape.

If the package appears tampered with or the seal is not intact, customers must sign with reservation or refuse delivery.

If delivery is accepted without reservation and evidence of tampering is later discovered, the issue must be reported within 5 days by contacting info@demonocchiali.it.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These costs will be deducted from any refund due.

4.4 Shipment Storage

In the event of non-delivery, after the second delivery attempt, GLS will open a storage dossier and notify Big Line SAS of the reason for non-delivery.

If no instructions are received from the customer within 3 working days, Big Line SAS reserves the right to request the return of the goods.

The maximum storage period is 10 days at the nearest GLS branch. Storage and handling costs are borne by the customer.

The maximum storage cost charged to the customer is €11.00, including dossier handling and any redelivery or return costs for domestic shipments.

4.5 Shipping Documents

In accordance with international trade regulations, all shipments are sent from Zanè by Big Line SAS with an official invoice declaring the exact value of the goods in Euros.

It is illegal to declare a lower value or request that items be declared as gifts.

The customer releases Big Line SAS from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documentation due to errors in the data provided by the customer, who remains solely responsible for its accuracy.

For all shipments, the final shipping amount shown at checkout at the time of purchase remains the binding value for the order.
