What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders allow you to purchase a product before it becomes available. By pre-ordering, you reserve the product and ensure you’ll be among the first to receive it on DAY ONE of the new model's launch. The sales start date displayed under the purchase button indicates when the product will be ready for shipping, but for those who pre-order, this will also be the date of delivery.

Why pre-order a product?
Pre-ordering is a simple and hassle-free way to reserve a product, guaranteeing you’ll be one of the first to receive it. Moreover, pre-ordering means you won’t have to stand in line at a store on launch day or risk missing out if the product sells out. The pre-ordered item will be shipped to your home as soon as it becomes available, ensuring delivery on or shortly after the launch date.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will typically be shipped before the official launch date/start of sales, so you will receive it on or just after the launch date.

Can I combine a pre-order purchase with other items?
Absolutely! However, if you’d like to receive non-pre-ordered items as soon as possible, we recommend placing separate orders.

During checkout, I was charged the full amount. Is that correct?
Yes, when checking out a pre-order, the full amount is authorized and charged. You will receive an email notification a few days before the item ships, providing you with the shipment details and a tracking code. Once the pre-order is completed, you’ll receive an order summary via email that displays the total amount.

When will the payment for my order be charged?
For PayPal, payment is charged immediately. If you choose Cash on Delivery, the payment is made to the courier upon delivery, with no charges applied until delivery. For Bank Transfer, payment must be made within 5 business days from DAY ONE.

Can I modify an order?
Yes, all orders can be modified after checkout. You can adjust items, quantities, and billing or shipping addresses after placing the order.

Can I cancel an order?
We understand you may change your mind. You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return unwanted items within 30 business days of receiving the order. Contact our Customer Service to request a return. Can I return an order?

Are all products available for pre-order?
No, only selected products are available for pre-order. Each product page will indicate whether the item is available for pre-order. Once the product is launched, pre-ordering is no longer available.

How can I be sure my pre-order was received?
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the items ordered and the estimated shipping date.
