MATRIX is a pair of night ski goggles with a transparent Category 1 lens, developed for skiing, snowboarding and downhill use in low-light conditions. Its double spherical lens combines a clear optical field with anti-fog treatment, while UV400 protection filters ultraviolet radiation during daytime use. A wide goggle shape, ventilated frame structure, adjustable elastic strap and helmet-oriented side design work together to provide comfortable coverage and a secure fit on the slopes.

Built for skiing when available light is limited
Skiing after sunset or in poor visibility places very different demands on a lens compared with bright, sunny conditions. MATRIX uses a transparent Category 1 lens specifically suited to situations where preserving as much usable ambient light as possible is more important than reducing intense brightness.
The large spherical lens and reduced frame obstruction provide a broad field of view, while the shape of the goggles is designed to sit securely around the face. The side sections and adjustable elastic strap help MATRIX integrate with a ski helmet without compromising the stability expected during active downhill use.
Transparent Category 1 lens for low-light skiing
The transparent lens is classified as Category 1 and is intended for environments with limited available light. This makes MATRIX particularly relevant for night skiing and other low-light situations on the mountain, including dull or overcast conditions.
Unlike darker ski lenses intended primarily to reduce strong sunlight, the clear appearance of the MATRIX lens is designed to maintain visibility when light levels are already low. This is especially useful on illuminated night slopes, where maintaining a natural view of the terrain is more important than strong light attenuation.
Double spherical construction
MATRIX uses a double spherical lens. The double-lens structure creates an insulating layer of air between the inner and outer surfaces, helping to reduce the thermal difference that can contribute to condensation in cold environments. The spherical geometry also supports a broad field of vision across the front and sides of the goggles.
Anti-fog treatment
The lens incorporates an anti-fog treatment designed to help limit condensation on the inner surface. This is particularly useful during winter sports, where cold external temperatures, body heat and moisture can create the conditions in which fogging develops.
UV400 protection for daytime use
MATRIX provides UV400 protection, designed to filter ultraviolet radiation up to 400 nm and therefore cover both UVA and UVB wavelengths.
Lens darkness and UV protection are separate characteristics: although MATRIX uses a light Category 1 lens, it still provides the stated UV400 protection.
Fit & comfort
Wide coverage, ventilation and helmet-compatible adjustment
MATRIX is built around a large goggle structure designed to provide extensive facial coverage and a wide visual area. Its internal foam adapts around the face to support comfort during prolonged use in cold conditions.
Ventilation openings in the frame encourage airflow around the lens area. Together with the double-lens construction and anti-fog treatment, this helps manage the build-up of internal moisture during activity.
The adjustable elastic strap allows the fit to be adapted around different helmet configurations, while the extended side sections help position the strap securely when the goggles are worn with ski or snowboard helmets.
