Its generous front profile provides extensive coverage while riding and helps reduce direct exposure to air, dust, insects and other small external elements that can reach the eye area.
The combination of a wide lens, low overall weight and flexible frame construction makes the model suitable for different cycling environments, from fast road sessions to gravel routes and mountain bike trails.

DMIRROR Category 3 Multilayer Mirrored Lens
The STUBAIER single lens uses DEMON's DMIRROR multilayer mirrored technology. The mirrored surface is designed for bright outdoor conditions and gives the eyewear its characteristic technical appearance, while the Category 3 filter makes the lens suitable for strong sunlight commonly encountered during daytime cycling.
The lens is manufactured from polycarbonate, a material widely used for sports eyewear because it combines low weight with good resistance to impact and fragmentation. This makes it particularly appropriate for dynamic activities such as road cycling, gravel and mountain biking.
Its UV400 protection is designed to filter ultraviolet radiation up to 400 nm, covering UVA and UVB wavelengths.

Lightweight TR90 Frame with Base 8 Geometry
The STUBAIER frame is made from TR90, a lightweight and flexible material well suited to active eyewear. The complete glasses weigh just 25 grams, helping reduce unnecessary load during longer rides.
A Base 8 lens geometry gives STUBAIER its pronounced wraparound shape. This strongly curved configuration follows the face more closely than flatter eyewear designs and contributes to the broad coverage expected from performance cycling sunglasses.
Soft rubberised contact areas help support grip and stability during movement, vibrations and changes of position on the bike.
