The internal Base 6 optical insert can be fitted with prescription lenses, while the external wraparound sports frame uses a Category 3 smoke lens with a blue mirrored exterior. With its lightweight TR90 construction, adjustable nose pad and UV400 protection, FUSION combines prescription compatibility with the coverage and stable fit required for cycling, running and multisport use.

Prescription Sports Glasses Designed for Active Use
FUSION addresses a practical requirement for athletes who need vision correction during sport. Instead of placing ordinary prescription glasses underneath the sports frame, the model uses a dedicated internal optical clip. Prescription lenses can be fitted into this insert while the external sports lens remains responsible for coverage from sunlight and the surrounding environment.
The external lens has a Base 8 geometry, a strongly curved configuration commonly used in wraparound sports eyewear. This shape helps the glasses sit close to the face and provides the characteristic enveloping profile expected from performance-oriented sports glasses.
FUSION is specified for multisport use, cycling and running. Its combination of an ultralight TR90 frame, adjustable nose pad and prescription insert makes it particularly suitable for users who want to combine their optical correction with a dedicated sports eyewear platform rather than relying on conventional everyday glasses during activity.
Category 3 Smoke Lens with Blue Mirror Finish
FUSION is equipped with a Category 3 smoke lens featuring a blue mirrored exterior. Category 3 lenses are intended for bright light conditions, making this configuration suitable for outdoor sport when sunlight is strong.
The smoke tint helps manage overall brightness while maintaining a neutral visual character. The mirrored exterior adds a reflective finish to the front surface of the lens and gives FUSION its distinctive technical appearance.
The lens also provides UV400 protection. UV400 filtration is designed to block ultraviolet radiation up to 400 nm, covering UVA and UVB wavelengths. This protection is particularly relevant for sports eyewear intended for prolonged outdoor use.
Prescription Solution
Base 6 Internal Optical Clip
The included optical clip is positioned behind the external sports lens and can be fitted with prescription lenses by an optician. Its Base 6 geometry is less strongly curved than the Base 8 external sports lens and is specifically used as the prescription insert within the FUSION system.
The verified prescription range for the clip is up to −5.00 / +4.00 sphere and ±1.00 cylinder. Final optical feasibility should always be assessed according to the complete prescription and individual fitting requirements.
Frame Construction
TR90 Ultralight Sports Frame
The FUSION frame is made from TR90 Ultralight, a technical material selected for sports eyewear because of its low weight, flexibility and resistance to the mechanical stresses associated with active use.
The complete glasses weigh 35 grams including the optical clip. Keeping the overall weight low helps reduce the feeling of bulk on the face and supports comfort during longer training sessions or sporting activities.
Adjustable Fit for Movement and Sport
FUSION features an adjustable nose pad, allowing the contact point at the nose to be fine-tuned according to the wearer's facial shape. Correct adjustment can help improve the position of the frame and contribute to a more stable fit while moving.
The model has a unisex fit and is designed for both men and women. Its verified dimensions are 130 mm in overall frame width, 44 mm in frame height and 120 mm in temple length.
Two different base curves are used: the external sports lens is Base 8 for the wraparound frame geometry, while the internal prescription clip is Base 6.
