All shipments to Italy are made via Express courier: GLS o SDA abroad with DHL or GLS.
Shipping times depend on the geographical location of destinationone of the goods.
Generally all shipments are delivered within 24/48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding public holidays).
Every order received by 14.30pm is shipped the same day it is received of the order. (Excluding orders with payment method: Bank Transfer, where you ship itone will take place after the payment has been credited)
For each shipmentone tracking code will be provided via email to be able to track the position of the package.

WHY DO HANDS GO NUMB?
The hand is traversed by two key nerves: the ulnar nerve and the median nerve. When discussing carpal tunnel syndrome informally, we refer to numb or sore hands. These problems stem from pressure on both the median nerve (within the carpal tunnel) and the ulnar nerve.
The ulnar nerve, visible in the diagram, extends from the little finger to the ring finger. Pressure on this nerve, especially from the handlebars of racing bikes, particularly impacts the outer palm area, leading to hand numbness and muscle weakness.
BIOXCELL TECHNOLOGY FOR CARPAL TUNNEL PROTECTION
Chiba's BioXCell system offers a dual-level solution:
A gel pad in the palm's eminence area cushions the ulnar nerve, absorbing handlebar vibrations and pressure. This gel pad, combined with an additional 8mm thick padding, prevents excessive pressure on the central hand area where the carpal tunnel is located. It also corrects hand posture, minimizing nerve and tendon irritation.
In over 80% of cases, BioXCell effectively resolves hand numbness, enabling longer bike rides without symptoms.
