SUPER Polarized Replacement Lenses
Restore the optical performance and distinctive look of your SUPER sunglasses with this pair of polarized replacement lenses. Designed specifically for the SUPER model, the lenses combine DPOL polarization, a Category 3 smoke base tint and a green mirrored outer finish. The polarized filter helps manage reflected glare and supports clearer, more comfortable vision in bright outdoor conditions, while the polycarbonate construction provides the low weight and impact resistance required from technical sports eyewear.
DPOL POLARIZED
Helps reduce distracting reflected glare.
CATEGORY 3
Designed for bright light conditions.
POLYCARBONATE
Lightweight lens material with high impact resistance.
GREEN MIRROR
Smoke inner tint with green mirrored outer finish.
Polarized Replacement Lenses for the SUPER Model
These replacement lenses are designed to renew the lens system of compatible SUPER sunglasses while maintaining the polarized configuration specified for the model. Their smoke base tint is paired with a green mirrored exterior, creating the technical appearance of the original lens configuration.
Polarization is particularly useful when strong light is reflected by horizontal surfaces. By reducing this reflected glare, the lenses support a clearer and more relaxed visual experience and can help improve the perception of contrast and detail.
DPOL Polarized Lens Technology
The SUPER replacement lenses use DEMON DPOL polarized technology. A polarizing filter is designed to reduce unwanted reflected glare from surfaces such as roads, water and snow, helping the eyes maintain a more comfortable and balanced view in bright environments.
Reduced Reflected Glare
Polarization helps limit distracting reflections from glossy, wet and highly reflective surfaces.
Improved Contrast Perception
Reducing reflected glare can make details and changes in the visual environment easier to distinguish.
Natural Visual Experience
The lens is designed to provide clear vision while preserving a natural perception of colours.
Category 3 Polycarbonate Lenses
Category 3 Protection
The lenses are classified as Category 3, a filter category intended for bright sunlight. This makes the lens configuration suitable for situations where strong ambient light requires substantial reduction in visible brightness.
Lightweight Polycarbonate
Polycarbonate combines low weight with high resistance to impact and fragmentation compared with more brittle lens materials. These characteristics make it particularly suitable for eyewear designed for active outdoor use.
The product description confirms that the lenses filter UV radiation. No specific UV400 rating or ultraviolet transmission value is stated for this replacement lens, so no additional UV classification is claimed here.
