Turn Your OUTDOOR Model into Prescription Sports Eyewear
This replacement optical clip is specifically designed for the DEMON OUTDOOR model. Prescription lenses can be produced according to your individual prescription and fitted directly into the insert by a professional optician.
Rather than placing a conventional pair of prescription glasses underneath the sports eyewear, the optical insert provides a dedicated internal support for corrective lenses while maintaining the original OUTDOOR eyewear configuration.
Professional lens fitting required: the optical clip is supplied as the support for prescription lenses. Corrective lenses must be produced and fitted by your trusted optician.
Single-Vision, Bifocal and Progressive Lenses
The OUTDOOR optical clip is not limited to a single type of prescription lens. Its verified configuration supports different lens designs depending on the wearer's visual requirements.
Single-Vision
Compatible with prescription lenses designed to provide one optical correction.
Bifocal
The insert can accommodate bifocal lenses with two distinct correction zones.
Progressive
Compatible with progressive lenses designed for vision correction across different viewing distances.
Which Prescriptions Can Be Fitted?
According to the verified specifications for the OUTDOOR optical clip, your trusted optician can fit prescription lenses within the following optical parameters.
−5.00 to +4.00
Sphere
Verified sphere range supported by the OUTDOOR optical insert.
±1.00
Cylinder / Astigmatism
Maximum verified cylinder value for astigmatism correction.
Lens suitability and the final prescription configuration should always be assessed by the optician producing and fitting the corrective lenses.
Base 6 Optical Clip
The OUTDOOR prescription insert uses a Base 6 lens geometry. This provides a moderately curved, sport-oriented shape and is an important technical reference for the optician when producing the prescription lenses.
Each lens area measures 29 mm in height and 48 mm in width, giving the optician the verified dimensions required when preparing the corrective lenses for the insert.
