SHIPPING
All shipments to Italy are made via express courier: GLS, SDA, or DHL.
Shipping times depend on the geographical location of the destination of the goods. Generally, all shipments to Italy are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time of shipment (excluding public holidays).
Every order received by 2:30 PM is shipped the same day it is received (excluding orders with the payment method: Bank Transfer, which will be shipped after the payment has been credited).
For each shipment, a tracking code will be provided via email so that you can track the package's location.
EASY EXCHANGE AND RETURN
- You can contact us via the following channels to exercise your right to withdraw or exchange an item: site chat, email at info@demonocchiali.it, or by telephone at 0445/315537.
- Choose the method for returning the package: You can either send the package to us independently using the courier of your choice or, for a fee of €7.90 (rate valid for Italy; different rates will apply for other countries), you can use our GLS collection service by appointment (select the day and morning/afternoon). Simply seal the box with adhesive tape and hand it over to the courier (in cooperation with Bigline).
- In the case of an exchange, the redelivery fee will be €7.90, regardless of the value of the product.
- **Collections in ZTL (Traffic Limited Zones) and disadvantaged areas may incur an additional fee.
- Please wait for our confirmation regarding the return (on the same day of receipt; in case of return, it will be processed on the return). Alternatively, inform us of the model and color you intend to exchange for.
- Wait for the return (in case of an exchange) and enjoy your new DEMON glasses!
