How to Make a Return

Making a return or exchange with DEMON is very simple:

  1. Contact Us: You can reach out via the following channels to exercise your right to withdraw or exchange an item: site chat, email at info@demonocchiali.it, or by telephone at 0445/315537.

  2. Choose Your Return Method: You can either send the package back independently using the courier of your choice, or for a fee of €7.90 (rate valid for Italy; different rates will apply for other countries), you can use our GLS collection service by appointment (choose the day and morning/afternoon). Simply seal the box with adhesive tape and hand it over to the courier (in cooperation with Bigline).

    • In the case of an exchange, the redelivery fee will be €7.90, regardless of the value of the product.
    • Collections in ZTL (Traffic Limited Zones) and disadvantaged areas may incur an additional fee.
  3. Wait for Our Confirmation: Please wait for our confirmation regarding the return (on the same day of receipt; in the case of a return, it will be processed on the return). Alternatively, inform us of the model and color you intend to exchange for.

  4. Receive Your New Item: Wait for the return (in case of an exchange) and enjoy your new DEMON glasses!

Original Condition for Refunds

It is certainly fine to try on an item as you would in a store, but if an item is returned damaged, shows signs of use, or is in an unidentifiable condition, we will not be able to process the return, and we may have to send the item back. All returned items are carefully checked once received at the warehouse.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including the red warranty card (it is important that it is attached to the glasses as per the original packaging).

The items you intend to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please package them carefully to prevent any damage during transport.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to current legislation (electronic commerce 2013), the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid, except as indicated below. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, they have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying a reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.

The transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the customer and for any return to Big Line Sas are non-refundable. All transport costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer, who must deliver the items to the seller's address, either directly or through other means. All items must arrive in the same condition as received, complete with original packaging and any manuals or instruction booklets that were part of the original package.

Big Line Sas will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in their original state and with their original packaging. Only in this case will the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products be refunded, minus the shipping costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Big Line via the methods specified on the contact page of the site.
