Market expansion Grow the sales network and strengthen the brand’s retail presence.

Relevant Experience

Proven experience as a sales agent in the optical sector, sports retail, cycling retail or closely related fields.

Strong negotiation ability, commercial attitude and confidence in managing the full sales cycle.

Good understanding of products, customers and market trends in the sectors you work with.

Responsibilities

You will manage both relationship development and the commercial process from first contact to closing.

This is a role for someone who can combine prospecting, presentation, negotiation and customer care with consistency and professionalism across multiple retail channels.

Business Development Identify and contact new potential customers in optical, sport and cycling retail.
Product Promotion Present the DEMON collection in a convincing and professional way.
Sales Management Handle the full process independently, from negotiation through deal closing.
Customer Support Answer questions, provide advice and maintain a high standard of service.
Market Monitoring Follow sector trends and identify concrete sales opportunities.
Events & Trade Fairs Increase visibility and acquire new contacts through fairs and industry events.
