How the Floating Frame Works

TR90 Material

TR90 is a special composition of nylon and carbon fiber used by DEMON for the construction of all sports sunglasses and Vista Sport frames.
It is a hypoallergenic composition and can be used in extreme conditions, even for very prolonged use, without causing skin irritation.

Elasticity, Strength, and Weight

The special feature of TR90 is its exceptional elasticity and resistance to accidental impacts and mechanical stress (e.g. twisting during lens changes). In addition, it is 20% lighter than frames made with conventional materials. Generally, a frame built with this special composition weighs between 20 and 45 grams depending on the thickness of the frame.
