The special feature of this lens is the high contrast of natural colors which, for the benefit of the wearer, is equivalent to a polarized lens without the difficulty in reading LED screens.

Types of Sports:

• Hiking: GRAVEL is an excellent eyewear for hiking, from the casual enthusiast to the guide. The Frame is wide to provide maximum protection to the athlete in wooded areas from: Leaves, branches, soil, insects and all projections that may come into contact with the eyes. Don‘t be fooled by the size, the eyewear only weighs 30 grams. The DMIRROR Mirrored lens category 3 (darkness of the mirrored lenses), is able to protect from very strong light even for very long use. The lens is also shatterproof, therefore resistant to shocks even very strong guaranteeing maximum safety.

• Skimo: GRAVEL is ideal for ski mountaineering. Its wide shape provides the best protection for the athlete‘s eyes from air, dust, snow and any other dangers that may come in contact with the eyes. The special feature is in the lens that provides the best protection for the eyes even in very bright conditions and with prolonged use (typical of the glacier). The comfort of the glasses is optimal, the frame is ultra–light and elastic, allergen–free rubber parts. Once you‘ve tried GRAVEL, you won‘t be able to do without it.

Technical and Material Characteristics:

The DMIRROR Multilyer model GRAVEL lens is built with first–quality solid polycarbonate anti–breakage material. Not only does it effectively protect the athlete‘s eyes from UV rays, but it also provides the best protection for the eyes in case of even very strong accidental impacts, without any breakage. In case of accident, the polycarbonate lens cushions the shock on its entire surface with a “spider web“ visual effect that prevents the creation of small fragments that could damage the eye. Every detail and material composition of the lens is for the maximum safety and perfect vision of the athlete‘s eyes.

The ultra–light material of the frame is TR90, a special composition of Carbon Fiber and Nylon. Don‘t be fooled by the size of the frame, in fact the overall weight of GRAVEL glasses is only 30 grams. Designed and crafted for athletes seeking products built with technical materials and offering maximum protection and safety. The frame is flexible and adapts to the head–line to ensure maximum comfort without tightening and at the same time ensuring maximum stability.

The lower part of the frame (RIM) is removable at will and allows to change the look of the eyeglass frame from “closed“ to open frame. An additional white RIM is also included to change the aesthetic color combination of GRAVEL glasses at will.

All rubber parts, including nose pads, are made of soft megol anallergic, grip technology that ensures maximum stability and prevents all annoying micro–slips of the glasses towards the tip of the nose caused by vibrations and head movements.
